bought 4 h&h toilets.had minor flushing problem 8 months later with one.phoned factory.hinchcliffe himself called back for distributor number.receptionist talked me through a checklist,referred me to a local company and i got the part on warrentee.they all gave very good service in the chain which is unusual these days.i would reccomend hennesy&hinchcliffe to anyone.
