I am having problems with my water. My pump keeps running and it keeps it's prime. My water tank (bladder type) will not fill and so I have no water. The gage on the pump reads 0. My well is not dry. I have 22lbs of pressure in the water tank, I only know that by using a tire pressure gage. The pump is a jet type and 5 years old. We recently replaced the pressure switch. Any suggestions?

I'm assuming that when you say that the pump keeps it's prime, you are saying that the pump is full of water, it just doesn't pump.
If this is the case, then there is something wrong inside the pump. Many pumps have plastic impellers in them. Sometimes the impellers will break, and while the motor still runs, the impeller doesn't turn. You (or a pump/well person) will need to pull the pump apart and have a look inside.
