Almost everybody knows that such food is harmful… But unfortunately we eat it anyway. As for me, it is tasty but I try to limit such food. So how often do you eat it?
I eat that stuff a little more often than I would actually like. My problem isn't sugar or fat as much as it is salt. I love things that are literally PACKED to the brim with sodium. Potato chips, beef jerky -- if it has salt, I eat it. I understand that it'll be horrible for me because it makes me retain water and increases my blood pressure, but that's my failing. Luckily, I drink plenty of water and exercise.
And what is unhealthy about aerated water? Aeration is a cleansing process. Waterfalls do it, and the waterfall in my koi pond controlled any algae. But I do drink R/O water rather than tap water because I have it.
