old moen kit sink faucet

singe handle not sure what model but cold water has very low pressure hot is fine . Does any one know what might be the problem? I tried to take the faucet apart,but couldn't get stem out.I really could use some helpful info thanks drg74

Sounds like something is in the stem or the line /supply tube going tp the faucet. You need to replace the stem first and see if anything is in the faucet. Since you get the stem out, replace it with a new stem. Call moen and have them send you a new cartridge free of charge.
