Boiler questions......

Anyone have any idea what it would cost to replace a hot water boiler in a 40 unit apt bldg in the Detroit area? The original is a 1965.

How long do these last?

Can you add new electronics to stage the burners and make it cheaper to operate?

Where can I read more about them?
