Can't find any markings and I need to fix drips. Either by replacing washer, or buying a whole new stem. Thanks in advance

Very old since it has seat washers. Take the stems to Ace Hardware and they have assortments of seat washers that should fit. The brass screw should easily come out. Might get lucky and they'll have replacement stems But it getting very rare.

I am presuming the dripping comes from the spout.
Replace the washers and the seat as WorthFlorida said. I see that the square part of a seat wrench should fit your seats.

Take the stem and seats to a plumbing supplier or good hardware store for new washers and seats.

I am sure you can find washers. If you cannot find replacement seats, a seat grinder might be worth trying.
