Help identifying my outdoor faucet

Hello, I saw that someone was able to identify an old faucet. The markings are USA on one side and 98A on the other.
I’m hoping to find a replacement stem and valve assembly for this Faucet because it’s going to be very difficult to replace the entire faucet due to the construction and where it’s located. Would like any help thank you. Update I know it’s in Mansfield hydrant. The problem is I can’t find what model. The stem is unique because the threads are at the front not at the back
where the seal is. I am adding another picture of the stem. It’s 8 “. I am looking for a replacement stem and breaker valve.
