This tankless water heater is working with no errors thrown but I do have two questions. First, there is a setting for fan speed even though the manual states that the fan speed will be automatically adjusted for performance. The settings are for high and low speed with ranges for each at -30 to +30 . One is set at -3 and the other -10 (forgot which one is which). What does this fan setting actually do? The other question is that when the heater fires up, it stays lit, heats the water, the indicator correctly shows the burner is ON, or lit, but there is a continuous muffled popping sound from the exhaust port. That sound does go away intermittenly for about 20-30 seconds, then returns. Any ideas on either one of these issues is appreciated.
Thanks,
