We have a well at a Township hall that is now proven to be un safe to continue to use, chlorine content is sky high, along with sodium etc.. The well is over 200 feet deep, all other wells in the area are 80 ft deep. Clearly over drilled. The hall is next to a landfill, so a shallow well is not likely to be any better. We would like to consider putting a 200 or 300 gallon storage tank inside as occupancy is minimal and believe this would more than cover the toilets for months, if not a year. Is this a option, and are there any delivery companies that deliver smaller amounts of water?

If that is all the water you use, consider putting an RO filter on the well water line feeding the storage tank. Just putting the water in a storage tank will probably make the chlorine evaporate. But you will need an RO for the sodium.

That's going to be highly dependent on location, don't you think?

Some might consider collecting gutter water (filtering big stuff out), add a chlorine tablet, and pumping that to flush toilets. Get water trucked in less often.
