Vertical adapter bolts

Wondering what to do about the bolts on my adapter. One is fine, one looks like it was replaced with a longer bolt and nut and one appears to be broken off in the adapter. Would you just replace the bolts with new adapter bolts (if I can find them), new bolt/washer/nuts or replace the adapter with a new adapter?

Thanks for the reply. Do you know where to get the adapter gasket? Can't seem to find just the gasket online.

Depending on the medium flowing through the lines I made my own gaskets for steam, Rainbow for water and general-purpose which gasket material I would buy

Call a plumbing supply wholesaler or possible hydraulic hose repair. They should stock red rubber or garlock gasket material or the gasket itself. Flange gasket might work.

I posted Rainbow (red rubber) before they use it I think knowing what is flowing through the pipe should be known

There is only well water flowing through the pipe, other than a little chlorine for occasional sanitizing. This device runs water down a 2-inch pipe to a venturi, and water comes up an inner pipe at elevated flow rate.
