Hello,
Replacing older double sink with newer single bowl and the existing drain has a T from wall and then both together goes into the floor. The wall is block and the other side has an outside water spigot that is used and the only one outside for the time being. Inherited this 1980's home and continuously coming into electrical or plumbing problems and trying to chop at them as we can. The last leak (in November) had the cistern and crawl space under the house full of water that took almost 3days to drain with pump. The smell is coming through base cabinet is the worse. The sink kit I have to replace I should be able to use the "snap drain" kit but the existing drain is set up as mentioned. Do I keep that part?
And is there anything else that needs replaced you see that ?
Amanda
