Can anyone help me identify the manufacturer of the stems and diverter?

Thank you in advance if anyone can tell me the manufacturer(s) of the parts in the pictures and or where I can obtain the replacement parts. The cheap plastic handles almost immediately from new strip on the stem spines.

Is there anyway to move to different stems/handles and diverter/hardware without replacing the plumbing in the wall? I would like to try to avoid removing the tile on the wall to fix this issue but this hardware is aweful so it might be the only solution?
