Hi,

I have a Toto G500 MS970CEMFG/CT97-CEMFG that just started running constantly after every flush. With a standard toilet and separate tank, I would look at the flapper valve or float ball/valve and determine if that is where the problem is. But with the integrated bowl/toilet I can't find anywhere to isolate the problem.

I went through the trouble shooting section of the manual but it doesn't address this issue. The closest I could find was to clean the water drain valve, which I did.

The Toto was in the house when we bought it last year and has so far been trouble free. The issue just started 2 days ago.

Thanks in advance for the help.

I don't see troubleshooting for that problem with their literature.
You might call their support number, 888-295-8134 and see if the Washlet part of it needs to be sent back for a repair.
