Symmons VisuTemp valve with mystery trim

Hi,

Has anyone ever seen these trims? They are solid brass and have only one screw holding them. I have a few showers with the same rough valves but the trim varies slightly. Symmons confirmed that the trim is not theirs. The house was built in 2001.
