Shower water problem

Hello, I have an issue with my shower. I just had a new gas water heater installed on jan 19 2021. My shower only has hot water in the morning. Once I turn the shower off, the shower water is very cold the rest of the day, until the next morning. I take a very quick shower (5 min). What is going on? Please help!! Rest of the house has hot water all day long

Maybe your new electronically controlled water heater is set to give hot water only during certain hours.

You might have been better to post into the tankless water heater or other water heater forum, rather than the well forum. Well, in this case, refers to drawing water from the ground.
