Hi, I am trying to remove the on/off shower cartridge but can’t seem to remove the brass casing. There are 2 small holes which I assume is where I can release the part but I can’t work out how to loosen it. Any help would be appreciated. Does anyone know if this simply twists off. Does something need to be released in the holes or are they just to aid with rotation?
