Sanitary Tee

I've come across some conflicting info about having sanitary tees or wyes vertically installed under toilets where vent joined, no chance to make a roof vent but a bucle. Please advice if installation is good

No, that's not good. A san tee can not be used on its back as a drain.

Just use a 90 where the toilet is. its vented via the sink drain using horizontal wet venting principles. But that also cant' be going in a big circle.. code wise.

You also can't mix schedule 80 pipe with schedule 40 fittings and pipe. Also the ABS shouldn't be mixed with these. You need to take this out and use like material with like fittings. Pvc schedule 40
