Hello,

Novice here that bent the little copper tubes when trying to take the dome nut off of my old Delta 600 series.
Since the Delta 600 is no longer made I am looking for a replacement valve . My question is about the length of a replacement valve. Do I need to get one that is the same length of the old valve (length coming out of the wall opening - so that it doesn't look too long or strange?...can you recommend a good valve brand and model for this?

thanks

My go to is the Moen Posi-Temp with the TL2368EP trim.

The wider trim gives more access in the wall for the replacement.
