Installing a toilet in a joist bay, so space is limited.

I would ideally use a spigot closet bend (like this: https://www.homedepot.com/p/4-in-x-...got-x-Hub-Closet-Elbow-C58072CLHD43/100343148) , cut down to level, and add a 4" hub flange.

Unfortunately, up in Canada for some reason I cannot for the life of me find a spigot closet bend like that anywhere (big box and plumbing supply).

Best I can find is a hub x hub closet bend: https://www.homedepot.ca/en/home/p.90-degree-closet-elbow-hxh-abs-dwv---4x3.1000678412.html

But problem with that is:

a) it seems that spigot 4" flanges don't exist in Canada (90% of what's for sale are 4 x 3 flanges, most with hubs)
b) I have no room for a pipe stub to mount a 4" hub flange, and
c) even if I could find a spigot 4" flange, there's no way to cut this bend to adjust it to the correct height.

Since 90% of the flange options out there are 4 x 3 hub, ideally I could just use a regular 3" street 90.

I know that vert-horizontal with a regular 90 is a no-no in most cases - but are closets different? Surely it would be no tighter than the closet bend?

TY!

A 3" medium bend for a water closet is fine. It's pretty much all I've ever used. Either hub or spigot.
The outlet on most toilets is 2" with a 2-5/8" horn. That drops nicely into a 3".

If circumstances allow, you could push a street 90 right up into the flange and gain a little fall if you need it.
