Hi, I may have to upload a photo here, but I have an old Eljer toilet that I would like to keep alive by replacing the fill valve and flapper, and whatever else. Right now it is OK, but I'd like to do a PM on it. It is the type that has a little see saw bucket valve on it that is used to fill the bowl. The fill valve and flapper are all the way on the left side of the tank. The tank is so full of iron deposits from our water over the years, that a good photo may be difficult, but I will try if needed.
the fill valve is very short, as is the overflow tube.
Any ideas on what replacement parts I might need and if they are still available?
thanks,
Bob
