Please help me identify bathroom faucet and cartridge

This may be the original faucet from when the house was build in the 70's. I thought it was a Moen but the cartridge doesn't match any of theirs.

It's a Moen. The brass sleeve of the 1200 cartridge is still stuck in the faucet.
