Pitless Adapter

Old pitless adapter was leaking. The hole is 3 inches in diameter into the casing and the gasket measures 4 inches. All new pitless adapters are to small to seal hole. Any ideas are appreciated.

It looks like the casing needs as much attention as the pitless. Can't attach a good pitless to a bad piece of pipe and expect it to seal.
