Installing a pitless on a Well with 8” steel casing and 5” pcv liner ..
How do I access the pcv part to affix the pitless to the pvc ? Cut a 4” hole in the steel casing to access the pcv ?

How high is the steel casing above ground, and how high is the PVC above or below ground?
