Hello folks! Now that I mostly fixed my horrible electrical problems with some new outlets, including GFCI outlets at the first outlets in line on the trouble areas, I'm ready to tackle my plumbing issues. I'm considering buying a drain camera and a power rooter to try to fix these problems now, which is drains stopped up and/or extremely slow draining.

For background, our kitchen drain (farthest drain from the main sewer drain line) is totally stopped up to the point that I have an auxiliary drain pipe hooked up to drain the sink water in our backyard. Our bathtub drain, which the washing machine also drains into and which is in the middle of the house, drains extremely slowly, and may be totally blocked now (we recently had to have some rusted out iron pipes replaced there in our bathroom, they busted out the slab in the bathroom to do it). The drain that is actually closest to the main drain is also stopped up, it's a shower in the back bathroom. The toilets themselves flush like champs, no problem there, it's just the drains from sinks, showers and the washer going into the tub drain. Seems like I've got a lot of work here to figure out what the problem is, and I assume it may involve the vents on the roof also, so I'm getting some tools. Can anyone comment on my tool selection, and suggest better ones if appropriate? thanks in advance!

Drain Camera:

Anykit 16.4 foot semi rigid drain camera with color display for $105 - (I think these are made by Teslong)

When you get into larger power augers for cleaning pipe, you're better off renting. If you buy one for $200+ and it does the job, then it'll sit in the garage for years rusting away.

For drain cleaning, jetting is the best however it will not cut through roots if you have that problem. I have the "Clog Hog" @ 50 ft and you use it with a pressure washer. It also comes in 100' length.

Since each situation is different, no one tool will do the job.
