Is my downspout drains plumbed correctly ?

I have three downspouts which drain into the same outlet. It doesn't look right to me. Could someone comment before I call my local plumber to get a quote ? picture attached. thanks, D

where is the water supposed to ultimately come out? in that little open stub that's facing toward the camera?
