Like the title says... I have a brass tubular 1-1/2" overflow (Kohler) that needs to move over about 2" to line up with the tub overflow. (The waste drain is lined up because I can turn the shoe.)...

I see the flexible Oatley stuff, but I'm not sure I would implement that to solve the problem.
This is the drain assembly I'm working with:

I just need to jockey that vertical pipe going to the overflow over about 2"

There are no-hub coupling type tubular adapters, both tubular x tubular or if you cannot find those, tubular x pipe (Mission T150 or equal) , then use appropriate fitting like a street 45 or 1/16th bend.
