How to properly wet vent shower

I have a bathroom sink and right across I have a shower. In between these two fixtures downstairs is a wall I have to drop them into. I was going to originally use a double-90 to catch both but I heard it’s not a compliant fitting. How else can I connect them properly with the pipes being in the same cavity between the floor and the wall I’m dropping them into between the fixtures.
