I live in the country I have a 4 inch well and am putting together another barn 1000 ft away and want to push the water that far?

couple of reasons why. I want the3 extra water heads not more than 30 ft off of the straight line. I am trying to do this without spending money I already have pressure tank on the current underground well that is working fine.

I already have 2 above ground well pumps and extra pressure tank if this will help remember this is for cows so cheap as possible.

If this should work what size pipe is suggested and any other advice

1000' horizontal, no change in elevation?

Is just to fill waterers, i.e. a float type level control.

Do you need any kind of pressure at the barn?

If you just want water and cheap, use pvc, size? As large as you can afford, and there is a pressure loss calculator around here somewhere...

Cows don't require many gallons per minute. Just give them a float-controlled stock tank or two and you can supply it with a 3/4" line. You can connect multiple tanks with a small pipe at the bottom so you can control them with one float valve. The must be nearly the same level.
