Help needed in identifying this Danze shower diverter

Recently less water started coming in the shower and also during that time the water is coming in tap also. I tried to check for help on fixing myself on web, but couldn't find out a model/part similar to mine. Can you please help me in identifying these parts, so that I would be able to fix with the existing parts or with newer ones.

Your valve was made dy Danze and marketed by Pegasus a Home Depot brand. Let me know if you need additional parts.
