Help needed identifying brand/model of shower trim/valve

This is a trim set I've never seen before, don't recognize the logos and not getting anything easily searching on my own. Needing to replace the temperature control stem ultimately, but can't order that until I know what this is exactly... any thoughts?

This is Moen Waterhill thermostatic system. The circled "M" shows its part of the Impact line meaning the trim can be changed without replacing any of the rough valves. The "SH" shows it's part of their Showhouse collection. Parts sheet is below. 2005 would be 1st generation.
