One of my service techs is out on a call and having trouble removing this cartridge. Looking to ID the fixture and or parts.
Tech may have figured out that the faucet is Jacuzzi brand. Black ring is a clip that hides the hex nut that is removed to replace cartridge.. more details to follow.
