help identifying old bathtub faucet from 60s

Can anyone help me id this old bathtub faucet head (in a house from the 60s) and tell me where I can find replacement parts for the valve? Very many thanks for your help!!

American Standard. Aquaseal is the washer name. Carried at many basic hardware stores.
