Help identifying bathtub faucet

I bought a house with this bathtub faucet but can't figure out what the make/model is. Now the diverter seems to be faulty and I think I need to replace it so it would help to know what model this is. Does anyone recognize what it might be? The tub is marked as Kohler but I don't see any markings on the faucet.

Thank you very much! Makes sense since most of the other fixtures in the house are Newport Brass. I had thought it was a Kohler since the sink and bathtub in that bathroom are Kohler and I wasn't getting anywhere.
