Hi, I’m doing a bathroom reno in an older mobile home and need some advice on a few things. First up is the double sanitary T that the toilet flange is screwed into on the top with 2” laterals and 3” out the bottom to the sewer connection. I like this setup because there is just one 3”penetration through the cladding on the underside of the floor and it has been working for decades, I’m just wondering if it is allowed by code. I’ve been researching it but can’t find any info.

The other thing is do I have enough venting as per the attached drawing. I’m getting confused with venting requirements when using a sani-T in the configuration shown.

I need to relocate things a bit and want to switch out the existing ABS to PVC.
