Hello experts,
I removed my toilet after ripping up the linoleum in my bathroom to install a tile floor. After having difficulty removing one of the two bolts between the bowl and floor (bolt spun freely), I got the toilet off the floor. After removal, I noticed that the ~10 year old flange is is bad shape.
Recommendations on replacing the flange? Do you need a special tool?
I want to take care of this before laying tile in the immediate area, based on the most recent flange post / cracked tile story...
Thanks in advance for your ideas
