Connection copper pvc. Ooops sorry. Didn't know it needed approval.

I've posted this but it doesn't seem to show up later...
Trying to find a way to connect these PVC / copper. The copper has old PVC inside it.
Old house, most likely torn down in around a year.
Any ideas?
