Comparing readings / heat pump

What issues do these readings an specs possibly indicate ?
R22 goodman heat pump package unit .
Its 73 f an 50% humidity as tested in mid morning.
One pic is the heat pump specs an the other has the readings.
[ i know the writing is small]
Readings found say :
Suction psi 51.9/26.9
Liquid pressure 173.6/91.9
Fan amp .59/1.0
Compressor amp 5.51/12.9

Original tag with model/ serial #has
Compressor motor 12.9
Blower motor 1.7
Cond motor 1.0


Any info is appreciated!

The factory tag is what it was designed for and made with these spec's. The fan motor amps would be MAX, many were or are variable speed. The motor could have been changed in the past. Were these readings recent or from the day of installation? If these were from day one, it provides a baseline for any futures problems. If was a service call it's proof of work done.

Short on refrigerant. Suction pressure has to above 57 lbs = 32* cooling. Normal suction 65lbs + or - 5*
Liquid 225- 275lbs. Pressure vary with type of expansion device, outside and inside temps. Some equipment manufacturers on inside of electric panel post a charging chart or in the installation manual.

Unit is short of refrigerant. Suction has to above 57 lbs= 32* . Most systems run from 62 - 67 lbs. Liquid 225 - 300 lbs all depends on expansion device, indoor and outdoor temps.
