Can a 45 degree vertical drop go directly into a wye?

3" pipe coming over the wall. Are either of these layouts incorrect, or either one preferred?

Beauty is in eye of beholder I prefer the wye only over the wye and 1/8 bend but sometimes its quicker to drop straight down . I think dropping on a 45 is better. Either is correct
