Borg Warner toilet

Hi. i have a Borg Warner wall mounted toilet from mid to late seventies. Very little info online. I am having a hard time finding a tank to fit. Mine has a crack and I tried a repair but don't trust it. The mounting holes are offset from the flushing hole and all the tanks I find are straight across. Does anyone know of a source for parts? Iwould appreciate any help. Thanks Tim
