Antique Wall Mount Tub Set Help

I’m looking to replace the wall mount tub set in my 1920’s Tub. It appears to be 8 inch centers. This is the last piece of original plumbing in our home. Access is available through a small door on the backside. Anyone seen anything I might replace this with? Or might replacement stems be available anywhere ?Will repair wall afterwards. Thanks for any ideas.
