Hello! I'm building a new bathroom and will be installing a wide linear drain along the long side of the shower. I was thinking of trying to create a wet room where the shower has no barrier. To manage water I thought I would give the floor a slope on the other side of the drain, outside the shower. But I'm wondering, is 1/8 inch per foot enough in that case? The floor will also be heated. Thanks!

I would probably want 1/4" per foot for the area around the shower and drain.
