1/2" Threaded Tub Spout Replacement??

I have to replace this tub spoutnand cannot find any where the threaded stub out is right on the wall. Any ideas where I can find one like this or what they call them?

it dosent need to be like that you could change the nipple coming out the wall or even couple and add a nipple to make another work
