Hello
I just tried to resurface / grind the seat in my shower that has the american standard tract line (see attached) however it was too recessed into the wall for the reseater tool I got.
I just ran to home depot and got this:
I used the brush on the seat and just put things back together. I will give it a few days to see if that worked.
Otherwise I think I will try and replace the seat as I have a new spare seat.
The new spare seat seems to be 1/4" allen hex. Does this sound correct? Does anyone know if the american standard tract line original seats are also 1/4"?
