Terry, help with finding a 1.28 gallon flush!

I am looking for a dependable, good looking new toilet for our entry bath that will be used by guests. My wife has shorter legs and would prefer a shorter model. We liked the look of the Ultramax and Soiree, but regulations in California call for a 1.28 gallon flush. Can you guide me to the model that would best suit our needs? Any help is much appreciated!

The Ultramax and Soiree come in 1.28 gallon models.

The Soiree and Ultramax II come in the 16-1/8" bowl height.
The original Ultramax has standard height of 14-1/2" and the Eco 1.28 gallon flush.
