Aquia III Installation Question

OK, I took Terry's advice and bought the Toto Aquia III over the Caroma, especially after watching some video of a rather gross flush issue with the Caroma.

I'm currently stuck at Step 4 in the installation instructions: Installation of Mounting Hardware to Bowl.

The picture is extremely small and not clear about the order the bolt, rubber washer and metal washer go when attaching to the bowl.

I checked the instructions by Jamie but it just says attach the hardware.

Can someone help!:

At the bottom should be the rubber washer touching the inside of the tank, then the metal washer, then the bolt with the screwhead.

Notice the picture below of the Aquia I tank, and the order of the washers.
