You guys are the absolute best. My Husband and I went to Home Depot this morning and got the part you guys suggested, that is after my Husband pulled the other one out. It took a bit for him to replace it because the new part wasn't so easy to bend back into place but whaddaya know, he got it in and we have steaming hot water. Again, thank you both so very very much. It feels good to only spend 5 bucks and have the problem resolved!! We'll be sure to always come back to y'all.
