Which sink drain would you cap?

I'm doing a kitchen remodel and am moving from a two basin sink that had separate drain pipes to a 31.5" single basin sink with a right side offset drain. The sink is centered on the window. Which of the drain pipes do you think is preferable to cap off? There will be a garbage disposal installed.

Check your stub out heights, they may both be too high.

Even the low one is 18" above the finished floor so I'll open up the wall and lower the one on the right and eliminate the one on the left. Thanks for the advice.
