Where to place check valve on this system

I’ve been piecing together my well and collection tank.

Got a 1/2hp Gould into 500gal tank. From the tank into my pump house I’ll have a 1hp booster pump with built on 30/50 switch. I’m picking up my pressure tank today and wonder since the pressure switch is on the pump, should I have the check valve before the pump to keep from back flowing into the tank?
