Hi, new here.
Next, move over to where the boys play rough. Looking for some rock-hard scenes where control is handed over as fast as their clothes hit the floor? We know exactly where you should be watching. These studs don't mess around—or maybe they do—and that's exactly how you like it.
Craving a bit of spice with pairs, triples or moresomes? We've got a site that's less about romantic slow burns and more about fire alarms going off because everyone's too hot handling each other. Group fun without leaving your house—except maybe hopping from couch to bed.

I think you mean PRV -- pressure reducing valve.

If the pressure out of the water meter is under say 140 psi, then locating the PRV in the house would be best.

The prv should be adjusted to give the house all of the volume and pressure it needs. If the prv cannot be so adjusted it likley needs to be resized to an appropriate size.

something is going on it should push water through 1 1/2 without all that drop to 15 psi. but id moove the regulator to the the house you get a little freezing weather there so thats the only concideration I cant tell you where a basement is one idea though

Agreed. Maybe there is a screen in the PRV that is clogged.

If the pressure at the meter is over 140 psi, two PRVs could be useful.... one to reduce the pressure to maybe 120 before the PEX, and one at the house to bring the pressure down to maybe 60 psi.

there is a problem I personally dont think in this case its the location of PRV that is the issue . I thought about 2 regulators as well 1 1/2 sch 40 pvc is rated at 330 psi seems like its safe to run whatever number he comes up with 100 or even 150 PSI ?
clogged screen rocks in the piping something sounds wrong . I just had a guy replace his water main to the house it was short like 60 feet had only 3/4 inch we ran new 1 1/4 line but it didnt really help because the city had 3/4 inch galvinized coming off the main in street to the curb stop and its rusted really bad . so he has great pressure , no volume, and extreme pressure drop
