Hey guys. I have 2 vortech tanks for a water filter system I'm planning to install in my home. They seem to require an adapter for the distribution tube to lock into the bottom plate and I can't for the life of me find somewhere that I can purchase them from. The place I bought the tanks from is no help at all and just says they are special order items that no one can get, which makes no since because they literally have to be installed for the tank to work properly. I've somewhat managed to track them down to Nelsen but without an account they won't give me any info or sell to me. The model number from their website is R-DIP-1315 or DTA1315-VORTECH. It has both listed. It's a 1-1/4" vortech bottom plate adapter. Would anyone be able to help me out and point me in a direction to get 2 of these adapters? I'd be very much appreciative. Thanks.
